3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on Our Content except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. AstraVenture will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal data stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

2. AstraVenture’s total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid to AstraVenture for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you have not paid any amounts, one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

3. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, but the following sections will continue to apply: Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14.

2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in a competent jurisdiction where AstraVenture primarily operates, unless otherwise required by law.

1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AstraVenture regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.

2. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

3. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
